  • 2 cups broccoli florets

Instructions

1. Cook the rice

Prepare rice according to package directions and set aside.

2. Cook the chicken

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5–6 minutes until browned and cooked through.

3. Add garlic and ginger

Stir in garlic and ginger and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

4. Cook the broccoli
