How to order:
1. Calculate and Enter your quilt size
- All measurements should be in inches
- Width of Quilt X Length of Quilt = Total Square Inches
2. Select your E2E pattern
3. Please note your thread color we currently use glide thread
4. Select your shipping or pickup preferences
5. Place order
6. Drop off or Ship your Quilt top and Backing fabric to Johnson Heirloom 31238 Roos River Dr Hockley TX 77447
We will begin working on your quilt the next business day after receiving your project in the mail.
***Prepare your quilt for mailing according to this checklist:
- Prep your quilt top by ensuring that it is clean, pressed and folded neatly. Give your quilt top a quick inspection to ensure that there are no stains/spots, incomplete seams or popped stitches.
- Prepare your quilt backing by piecing it (if required), the backing fabric must be at least 8” longer, and wider, than quilt top.
- Example: Your quilt top is 60” x 70”, your quilt backing should be at least 68” x 78”.
- Do not sandwich or baste your quilt pieces.
We inspect each quilt top and backing once we receive. If there is any mending needed we will reach out to you to discuss any additional fees.
***Quilt tops should be completed and ready to be loaded on the long arm. Backing fabric should be a minimum of 8 inches wider and longer than your quilt top as well as be in one piece and ready for the long arm. Any mending needed will cause a longer processing time for completion.
We provide Hobbs 80/20 (Cotton/Polyester) batting.

2. Calculate Quilting Cost
Total Square Inches X $0.03 = Cost of Quilting
Example:
65 X 80 = 5200 square inches
5200 X $0.03 = $156
Due to the size of my quilting frame the Maximum quilting area width cannot exceed 105”
Our current processing time for long arm services is 14 business days not including weekends or Holidays.
