Plaids, solids, stripes and coordinating colors are thoughtfully arranged to create a balanced patchwork design while preserving the character of the original clothing.

Because we're working with actual garments rather than new yardage, variations in color, texture, fabric weight and wear are part of what makes your finished quilt so special.

Whenever possible, meaningful elements such as pockets, embroidered logos, monograms or other special details can also be incorporated into the design.

📦 AFTER YOU ORDER

Once your order is placed, you'll receive instructions for preparing and sending your shirts to Johnson Heirloom.

Please do not cut the shirts before sending them. We need the garments intact so we can determine the best way to use each piece.

We carefully inspect every shirt before making that first cut.

HOW MANY SHIRTS DO I NEED?

A minimum of 10 adult-size dress shirts is required for our Throw Size Dress Shirt Keepsake Quilt. For the best variety and a beautiful patchwork design, we recommend 12–15 shirts. Please send shirts whole and uncut—we'll take care of the rest. ❤️❤️ MORE THAN A QUILT
