You send the clothing to us, and we carefully select a portion to create your approximately 4" keepsake ornament.
Depending on the garment, we can work with materials such as:

Patterns, pockets, seams, buttons, embroidery, and other special details may be incorporated when size and placement allow.
Because your ornament is created from the actual clothing you provide, every keepsake is completely unique.

Due to the 4" size, the amount of embroidery that can be included will depend on the length of the personalization and the fabric being used.

📦 How It Works
1. Place your order.
Provide the name, dates and/or short message you would like embroidered.
2. Send us the clothing.
After ordering, you will receive instructions for mailing your loved one’s garment to Johnson Heirloom.
3. We create your keepsake.
We carefully select a section of the garment, add your custom embroidery and finish it inside the approximately 4" keepsake frame with a coordinating hanging ribbon.
4. Your keepsake comes home.
Your completed ornament and the remaining usable portion of the garment will be returned to you.
✂️ IMPORTANT — Please Do Not Cut the Clothing
Please send the garment intact whenever possible.
This allows us to select the best area for your ornament and gives us enough material for proper positioning and embroidery.
If there is a specific portion you want used—or something you absolutely do not want cut—please tell us before production begins.
By ordering, you understand that the clothing provided will be permanently cut during the creation of your keepsake and cannot be restored to its original condition.

Depending on the size and condition of the garment, we may be able to create several ornaments from a single piece of clothing.
