Shipping, production timeline, and support

Shipping is via USPS. Items are typically ready for shipment within 1-4 days after production. In general, delivery through USPS takes about 3-5 days, with faster transit for Texas locations. We’re not responsible for items once they’ve been dropped at the post office.

Returns/Refunds: Please note that refunds for customized hand-decorated items are not available. All sales are final. If you’re not satisfied, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
