Step 1 — Select Your Quilt Size

Choose from Baby, Throw, Large Throw, Bed, or XL Bed.

Each size requires a specific number of adult dress shirts.

Step 2 — Gather Your Dress Shirts

Collect the required number of shirts for your selected size.

All shirts must be men's size Large or bigger.

Please make sure the shirts are clean and completely dry before shipping.

Step 3 — Share Your Color Preferences

Use the personalization box to tell us your preferred coordinating colors.

You can also share any special requests or details about the shirts that are important to you.

Step 4 — Ship Your Shirts to Johnson Heirloom

After placing your order, you'll receive instructions for sending your shirts to our quilting studio.

Please do not send your shirts until you have received the shipping instructions.

Step 5 — We Create Your Heirloom

Once your shirts arrive, we'll inspect and prepare them, carefully cut the fabric, piece the Sawtooth Star blocks, and assemble your quilt.

Your quilt will then be professionally longarm quilted and finished with coordinating binding.

Step 6 — Treasure Your Memories

Your completed memory quilt will be carefully packaged and shipped back to you, ready to hold close, display, gift, or pass down.
