Depending on the materials you provide, your quilt may incorporate pieces of:

• Groom's shirt, tie, vest or other meaningful clothing

• Buttons, labels and other special garment details

• Coordinating premium quilting cottons in your wedding colors

Rather than simply preserving your gown, we're preserving the whole story surrounding it.

Choose meaningful photographs from your engagement, bridal portraits, wedding ceremony, reception, wedding party or other special moments.

Selected photographs are professionally transferred onto fabric and incorporated directly into the quilt alongside pieces of your garments.

Your quilt is individually designed according to your garments, photographs, wedding colors and the special details you would most like preserved.

Your heirloom includes custom layout and design, garment preparation, professional quilt construction, batting and backing, professional longarm quilting, coordinating binding and finishing.

✂️ Before Sending Your Garments

Please do not cut your wedding dress or other garments before sending them to Johnson Heirloom.

We'll evaluate the pieces and determine the best way to preserve usable lace, appliqués, embellishments and other important details.

Please identify anything that is especially meaningful and must be included before production begins.

Garments will be permanently cut during construction and cannot be returned to their original condition.
