Cheeseburger Sliders 🍔🧀
These Cheeseburger Sliders are juicy, cheesy, and perfect for feeding a crowd! Made with seasoned ground beef, melted cheese, and soft slider buns, they’re great for weeknight dinners, parties, or game day.

Ingredients
For the beef
- 1 ½ lbs ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
For assembling
- 12 slider buns (Hawaiian rolls work great)
- 6 slices cheddar cheese (cut in half)
- ½ cup pickles, sliced
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons mustard
For topping
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven
Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.
2. Cook the beef
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
3. Prepare the buns
Slice slider buns in half horizontally (keep them connected) and place the bottom half in the baking dish.
4. Assemble
Spread the cooked beef evenly over the bottom buns. Add cheese slices, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
5. Add the tops
Place the top half of the buns over the sliders.
6. Brush and season
Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush over the tops of the buns. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
7. Bake
Cover loosely with foil and bake for 10 minutes, then uncover and bake another 5–10 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
8. Serve
Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
