4 large flour tortillas

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon chili powder

Instructions
1. Cook the vegetables
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced peppers and onions and sauté for 3–4 minutes until softened.
2. Add the chicken
Stir in the cooked chicken, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2–3 minutes until heated through.
3. Assemble the quesadillas
Place a tortilla in a clean skillet over medium heat. Sprinkle cheese over half of the tortilla, add some chicken and pepper mixture, then top with more cheese.
4. Fold and cook
Fold the tortilla in half and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until the tortilla is golden and the cheese is melted.
5. Slice and serve
Remove from the skillet, slice into wedges, and serve warm with your favorite toppings.
