Ingredients

For the steak

  • 1–2 steaks (ribeye, sirloin, or NY strip)

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon steak seasoning (optional)

For the vegetables

  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat grill
