Instructions
1. Preheat the oven
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking dish or sheet pan with parchment paper.
2. Prepare the salmon
Place salmon fillets on the baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
3. Make the sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard if using.
4. Coat the salmon
